He was born in Balikesir in 1969. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir, he graduated from Anadolu University Fine Arts Faculty graphic department and started to work as an instructor in the same department. In 1997, he earned a scholarship from Savannah College of Art and Design photography department for M.F.A. (Master of Fine Arts) degree. Sadik Demiroz is one of the founders of Eskisehir Art of Photography Foundation and he took place in numerous private and official photography projects. His works have been displayed in various activities such as biennials, festivals and photography days, over 30 different countries. Demiroz, whose art work takes place in official and private collections, wrote articles in periodic publishes, took place in symposiums and panels as a speaker and became jury member in photography contests.
In 1999, he was awarded with Artist of F.I.A.P. title, given by International Photography Federation. In the same year, he was awarded with ÒTwo Star ExhibitorÓ by Photographic Society of America. He received more than 200 international and domestic awards.

Demiroz, who has held six personal exhibitions, is married and has two kids. He continues his work in his own workshop and gives photography classes.
